Last Monday was the premiere telecast of Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan (Zaido: Space Police), which is a spin-off of the 80's Japanese show Shaider. It's a little odd watching such a show during primetime, because normally these things are shown on weekend mornings or afternoons. I have finally seen a Tagalog-dubbed episode of Bleach! Thanks to those who uploaded on YouTube. Someone even went so far as to point his videocamera AT the the television (you can SEE the television itself in the video 0_0) . But, I am happy. Bleach will finally be aired on Philippine television, on weekday afternoons starting April 16th. I've been waiting for it for over six months... but I won't be able to watch it. Except on holidays.

Asian Treasures didn't live up to my expectations. It's entertaining for the most part, but sometimes the scenes or the characters' actions do not make sense to me. And, I can't help but be disappointed with the lack of Mateo's scenes. I just found out that Johnny Yong Bosch, a.k.a. Adam Park of the Power Rangers, does the English voice of Bleach's Kurosaki Ichigo. Talk about fandom crossovers! Marky as Ichigo, and Johnny as Ichigo... oh, so now I have to see the English version, too. :P
